Each year, Rdevia gathers our entire Collective of Ordevians, Friends, and Leaders to celebrate the Benefactors who make our work possible and the Beneficiaries who benefit from our work.

PROGRAM SIGNIFICANCE 

Throughout the year, we do a lot of good work made possible by good people so once a year in the Springtime, we pause and take the time to celebrate all we have done and aim to do.

During Dew in the Morning we:

• Present our scholarship winners

• Recognize our scholarship benefactors

• Honor those joining and ascending in leadership

• Recap what we have accomplished over the past year

• Announce our plans for the future of the Organization
