About Michelle Hollinger
Michelle is a visionary leader, accomplished author, and advocate dedicated to empowering marginalized communities. Michelle has been involved with our organization since it was founded in 2015. She spoke at our first HBCU Symposium in 2016 at Florida Memorial University. In 2021, she joined our Board of Visitors as an Associate Visitor and at the end of her first term, she ascended to the role of Senior Visitor and Co-Chair. Michelle has played a pivotal role in expanding the organization’s impact such as appearing on WPFW 89.3 FM with Dr. E. Faye Williams to discuss the work we do in the Fight for HBCUs.
Beyond Rdevia, Michelle has published a thought-provoking e-workbook, "Sis, You’re Worth It: Seven Ideas for Manifesting Your Best Life," which champions allyship and progress. She is the Chief Worthiness Officer of the Institute for Worthy Living through which she helps people own their worthiness and use it as the superpower it truly is.
